Just an 8 minute walk from Fiveways. 
It is accessible by the 5B bus - get off at Beaconsfield Villas (Lucerne Rd) and walk 2 mins to Havelock Road. 
There is on street pay and display bays on Havelock Road and Lucerne Road.  It currently costs £2 for 2 hours parking. 
The closest train station is London Road, Brighton which is about a 15 minute walk away.
