Adele Peck MFHT is a professionally qualified massage therapist who trained under The College of Classical Massage. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies and fully insured. Adele set up Aloha Massage in May 2015.
Adele thrives bringing relaxation to others and making a difference to their wellbeing, pain, injuries and tight muscles. She is a trauma informed therapist. She has treated clients of all ages from 8- 80yrs with a range of conditions and issues. Her special interest is in creating massage treatments that have a balance between relaxing and remedial, using Swedish, Deep Tissue and fascial techniques to release tension, reduce pain and relax the client's muscles, body and mind. Adele has had many positive comments from clients for whom her treatments had made a significant difference. Adele completed a Diploma Fascia Informed Bodywork (2023) - exploring how the body works as a whole and how we can influence it through our connective tissue. Find out more about Advanced Fascial Therapy here Adele's passion for massage was ignited in 2011 after attending a one day 'Introduction to Body Massage' course. Her new found skills became very popular with family and friends, creating a small client base. She went on to do further training to pursue this passion, gaining a MERIT in the ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage - Level 3 and certificate in Deep Tissue Massage. Since then Adele has gone on to qualify in Foundation in Advanced Clinical Massage with JING Institute of Advanced Massage training. This course covered skills like Myofascial Release, table shiatsu and passive stretches. All of which Adele can incorporate into her tailored massage. In July 2016 Adele successfully completed her Hot Stone Massage Diploma with Brighton Holistics. She is qualified in Pregnancy Massage. In July 2020 Adele completed the comprehensive qualification' 'Control of cross -infection in a post COVID-19 world. Adele enjoys learning new skills and will continue to train; increasing the treatments she offers so she can best help you. Adele works Tuesdays until late, Thursday, Fridays and 2 Saturdays a Month.

Miriam has had a long interest in the human body and started her massage journey learning Thai yoga massage in India 20 years ago. After a long break she returned to being a massage therapist just before covid. When she’s not treating clients, she teaches yoga. She is fascinated by the body and mind as a whole which informs her work as a massage therapist. She sees massage as a tool to not only work on the various muscles and release physical tension but also a way to allow the client to let go and relax deeply.
She is trained in Traditional Thai & Advanced Thai techniques, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage (Level 4). She is a member of Federation of Holistic Therapies. Her approach to massage is client centred and will always be tailored to reflect the clients preferences and needs. Miriam works Monday afternoons, Wednesday until late and 2 Saturdays a Month.
