Wellbeing WorkshopsStress, Anxiety and OverwhelmIs an opportunity to come and learn more about the relationship emotions have on/in our bodies, how interlinked our systems are. To help understand how stress and trauma can be held in our bodies and what we can do about it.
In this two hour workshop, Adele will bring together her experience and knowledge from a variety of sources and her own personal experience. There will be some 'theory' - understanding what is actually happening in our bodies can be empowering and then some guided practical exercise, tips and tricks. There will also be a short time for feedback - as we often do our best learning from each other. Adele will aim to create a safe place for you to come as you are, with the freedom to 'be' or to participate (nothing is compulsory). There is a lot to unpack so we aim to do a series of these workshops, each with a bit of a focus. (i.e breath, stress response cycle) The first one on Sunday 11th December at 3pm -5pm will be a taster/ overview. The second session on Sunday 22nd Jan will be focussed around how to complete our stress response cycle. If you would like to attend please complete the form below.
